Primary Function: To implement a safe, secure, healthy, therapeutic environment, schedule, and program for the students on the residential fraternity.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience working with youth OR High School Diploma/equivalent and 2 years' experience working with youth.
2. Demonstrated ability to provide a consistent, structured environment for students that promotes healthy group interaction.
3. Possession of a valid Pennsylvania's Driver License
